If you adore a Little Sage product but wish to make it uniquely yours, we offer customisation options to suit your preferences. From choosing a different colour, leather type, or size to selecting a custom stitching colour in some cases, we’re here to bring your vision to life.

Special orders typically incur an additional fee of 10-20%, depending on the details of your request.

The lead time for creating your bespoke item is approximately 3-4 weeks after payment confirmation.

Fill out the form below with as much detail as possible. Be sure to specify your desired changes, including colors, leather type, size, stitching preferences, or any other customisation ideas. The more detailed your input, the better we can tailor your product.

Once we receive your form, our team will carefully review your request. If needed, we may reach out with suggestions or additional options to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

After finalising the details, we’ll send you a Special Order Confirmation file, including a price quote for your custom piece.

Upon your approval, we will request full payment to proceed with production. Payments can be securely completed via the methods outlined in the confirmation email.

Sit back and relax as our skilled artisans bring your vision to life. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process with progress updates, photos, and even videos of your product being crafted.

Once your custom product is complete, we’ll carefully package it and dispatch it from our London office.

You will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.

To ensure transparency and set clear expectations for bespoke orders, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:


  1. Full payment is required upfront to confirm your bespoke order. Production will only begin once payment is received.

  2. Images or mockups provided are for reference only and may not fully capture the true texture, natural grain, and genuine feel of the real leather. Variations in colour and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the unique characteristics of the material.

  3. Genuine leather inherently features natural markings, such as growth lines or stretch marks, which are similar to human skin. These characteristics are not defects but a testament to the authenticity and individuality of the leather, contributing to the distinct beauty of each piece.

  4. All bespoke orders are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. We encourage customers to carefully confirm details before placing an order.

  5. Production lead times are estimated at 3-4 weeks after payment confirmation. However, delays may occasionally occur due to material sourcing or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

  6. Once the design and specifications are confirmed, no further changes can be made to the order. Please ensure all details are accurate before approval.

  7. For international orders, all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. (Read more at our website's T&C)

  8. If a chosen material or colour is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
